If your RELXTIME hot tub display does not turn on or respond, the issue may be related to the power supply or safety switch.
1. Check the Power Supply
First, check the external electrical connection:
- Make sure the power plug is securely connected to the outlet.
- Check whether the circuit has tripped.
- Make sure the hot tub is connected to a separate outlet and is not sharing an outlet with other high-power appliances.
2. Check the Safety Switch
The RELXTIME hot tub is equipped with a Safety Switch at the end of the power cable.
Make sure the Safety Switch is working properly before using the hot tub.
If the Safety Switch is not working properly, do not use the hot tub. Unplug the power cable and contact a qualified electrician to identify and correct the electrical fault.
Do not bypass or open the Safety Switch.
3. Has the Hot Tub Worked Normally Before?
If your hot tub has worked normally before and the display suddenly stops working, please let our support team know. This information can help us identify the possible cause.
