If your RELXTIME hot tub looks unusually swollen or has an irregular shape, first check the air pressure and inspect the spa body.
1. Check the Air Pressure
Strong sunlight and high temperatures can increase the air pressure inside the spa, which may cause the spa walls to become temporarily swollen or change shape.
Tip: Avoid leaving the hot tub under strong, direct sunlight for extended periods. If the spa becomes unusually swollen on a hot or sunny day, check the air pressure before taking further action.
Check the air pressure using the provided barometer.
If the pointer is above the normal range, release some air until the pointer returns to the green range and the spa returns to its normal shape.
2. Check for Severe Bulging
If part of the spa wall is severely bulging, inspect the spa for visible damage.
If you notice severe bulging caused by a broken internal strap, do not continue using the spa.
Please contact RELXTIME Support and provide photos or videos of the affected area. Our support team will assess the issue and arrange a spa body replacement if applicable.
