Designed for Single-Outlet Filtration
For the US version, one of the filter outlets is not activated by design.
The filtration system is designed to operate with a single active filter outlet, which provides sufficient filtration pressure for normal operation.
This is a factory design feature, not a product fault.
No Repair or Replacement Needed
There is no need to repair or replace any parts because of the inactive filter outlet. Your hot tub can continue to operate normally.
