If the other functions of your RELXTIME hot tub are working normally but the water is not heating, check the following before contacting support.
1. Do Not Use Bubble and Heating at the Same Time
Avoid running the Bubble function and heating function at the same time.
When heating the water, turn off the Bubble function and allow the heating system to operate normally.
2. Use the Spa Cover and Insulation
Make sure the spa cover is properly installed during heating.
For better heat retention, we also recommend using an insulation suit and mat to help reduce heat loss.

3. Allow Time for the Water to Heat
Under normal conditions, the water temperature should increase by approximately 1–2°C per hour.
After making the adjustments above, allow the hot tub to heat for approximately 3 hours and check whether the water temperature has increased.
If the temperature is increasing normally, the heating system is working as expected.
