How to Fix a RELXTIME Hot Tub Losing Air Pressure
If your RELXTIME hot tub is losing air pressure, check the air valve, spa body, and surrounding temperature first.
1. Check the Air Valve
A loose air valve cap can cause air to escape.
Apply soapy water around the air valve and check for bubbles. If you find an air leak:

Deflate the spa.

From inside the spa wall, hold the back of the air valve with one hand.

Use the provided wrench to turn the air valve clockwise to tighten it.
2. Check for Tears or Damage
If you suspect a tear or puncture, use soapy water to help locate the leak.
Spray the suspected area and look for bubbles. Once you locate the leak, clean and dry the area before repairing it with the provided repair patch and PVC adhesive.

3. Check the Ambient Temperature
A significant drop in temperature can naturally cause the air inside the spa to contract, making the spa appear to lose air pressure.
In colder temperatures, add more air to the spa as needed.
