If the temperature shown on your RELXTIME hot tub control panel is higher than the temperature you set, check the filter cartridge first.
Check the Filter Cartridge
A dirty or clogged filter cartridge can restrict water flow through the heating system and affect heating performance.
For optimal performance, replace the filter cartridge every 168 hours (approximately 2 weeks) of use.
If your filter cartridge is dirty or clogged, replace it with a new one.

Allow Time for the Temperature to Return to Normal
After the heating tube stops working, residual heat inside the heating tube may temporarily cause the local water temperature to exceed the set temperature.
If this is caused by residual heat, no additional action is required. Wait up to 10 minutes for the water to circulate and the temperature to return to normal.
