How to Fix a RELXTIME Hot Tub Floor Bubble

If you notice a raised or swollen area on the bottom of your RELXTIME hot tub, air may have become trapped between the layers of the spa floor.

This can happen when the hot tub is placed on an uneven surface.

1. Check the Surface

Make sure your hot tub is placed on a flat and level surface.

An uneven surface can cause air to become trapped between the layers of the spa floor, resulting in a raised area or bubble.

2. Try to Release the Trapped Air

If you notice a bubble on the bottom of the spa, try gently pushing the trapped air toward the edge of the spa.

Move the air gradually toward the edge and allow it to escape naturally.

Do not use sharp objects or forcefully press the bubble.

Still Have a Floor Bubble?

If the air cannot be released naturally and the bubble remains, please contact RELXTIME Support before making any modification to the spa.

Our support team can help determine the appropriate solution based on the condition of your hot tub.
