If your RELXTIME hot tub shows no signs of heating, or the maximum temperature remains below 90°F (32°C), follow the steps below.
1. Check the Temperature Setting
Make sure the desired water temperature is set correctly. The temperature can be set between 68°F and 104°F (20°C–40°C).
2. Reset the Hot Tub
Reset the hot tub to restore its initial operating parameters.
3. Use the Insulation Cover
Make sure the hot tub is properly covered during heating. This helps reduce heat loss.
4. Check the Filter Cartridge
A dirty or clogged filter cartridge may affect water flow and heating performance.
Check the filter cartridge and replace it if necessary. Make sure the water inlet and outlet are clear.
If the Hot Tub Still Does Not Heat
If the hot tub shows no signs of increasing temperature, or the maximum temperature remains below 90°F (32°C) after the above checks, the issue may involve a core component such as the heating tube or temperature control system.
