Our warranty covers any Relxtime product purchased from our official website, relxtime.com, as well as authorized retailers, including Amazon.

Please be aware that Relxtime products purchased from unauthorized retailers will not be eligible for our warranty. We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions below for detailed information.

All warranty periods commence from the date of purchase of the Relxtime product.

To extend your warranty for free, simply register your Relxtime Spa within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will increase your warranty to up to 24 months.
