Why Does My RELXTIME Hot Tub Show a Different Temperature?

If the temperature shown on your RELXTIME hot tub display is slightly different from the actual overall water temperature, this can be normal.

Why Is There a Temperature Difference?

The temperature sensor is located near the water outlet of the heating tube. Since the water has just passed through the heating system, the temperature in this area can be slightly higher than the overall water temperature in the spa.

A temperature difference of approximately 2–3°C is considered a normal design variation.

How Can I Improve Heat Retention?

If you would like to improve the spa's overall insulation and heat retention, using an insulation suit and mat can help reduce heat loss and improve heating efficiency.
