If your RELXTIME hot tub filter pump is running louder than usual, check the filter cartridge, water level, and filter cover.
1. Check the Filter Cartridge
A dirty filter cartridge can make the filter pump run louder.
For optimal performance, replace the filter cartridge every 168 hours (approximately 2 weeks) of use.

2. Check the Water Level
Make sure the water level is sufficient for normal filtration.
If the water level is too low, add more water and check whether the pump noise improves.
3. Check the Filter Cover
Check the cover around the filter cartridge.
If the cover is dirty, clean it thoroughly before using the filtration system again.
