If your RELXTIME hot tub displays the HL error code, follow the steps below to check the water level and filtration system.
What Does the HL Error Code Mean?
The HL error code is usually related to an abnormal water level.
It may occur when:
-
The water level does not meet the requirements for normal operation.
-
The water level sensor gives an incorrect reading.
-
The filtration system is temporarily stuck.
How to Fix the HL Error Code
1. Check the Water Level
Please check the water level according to the requirements in your RELXTIME hot tub manual.
Make sure the water level meets the standard operating conditions.
2. Activate Forced Filtration
If the water level is normal but the HL error code continues to appear, the filtration system may be temporarily stuck.
Press and hold the Filter button for 5 seconds to activate the forced filtration function.
This can help clear a temporary filtration system blockage.
