Keeping your RELXTIME inflatable hot tub clean and well maintained does not have to take much time. Regularly checking the filter, water quality, and spa condition can help keep your spa ready for use.
Check and Clean the Filter
The filter cartridge plays an important role in keeping the spa water clean.
After each use, rinse the filter cartridge with a hose to remove dirt and debris. If the filter remains discolored, damaged, or the paper inside is torn or worn, replace it.
RELXTIME recommends changing the filter cartridge every week to help prevent the filter pump from operating under load. It is also recommended to keep 2–3 filter cartridges available so you always have a clean replacement when needed.

Check the Water Quality
The water parameters should be checked regularly and adjusted when necessary.
We recommend checking parameters such as free chlorine, active oxygen, bromine, pH, water hardness, and total alkalinity. Use appropriate water treatment products to keep the water within the recommended range.
If the spa is used regularly, the water should be completely changed at least every two months. More frequent water changes may be needed with heavier use.
Clean the Spa
Cleaning the spa does not require special care.
Remove dirt with soap, water, a damp cloth, and a soft brush if needed. Do not use hard brushes or abrasive cleaning or scouring products.
Check the Air Pressure
Inflatable spas can naturally lose some air over time, especially when temperatures change.
Check the air pressure regularly and add or release air as necessary. The upper edge of the spa should still be able to be pressed in approximately 4–5 cm (1.57–1.97 inches) with the palm of your hand.
Avoid over-inflating the spa, especially in warm weather, as the air inside expands with heat.
Check the Spa and Connections
A quick visual check can help identify potential problems early.
Check that the water outlet connections, drainage sealing cover, and air valve screw connection are properly tightened.
If you notice air loss, use soapy water to check the PVC body and look for bubbles around the leaking area.
