If your RELXTIME hot tub displays the SH error code, follow the steps below to reset the system and check whether the error clears.
What Does the SH Error Code Mean?
The SH error code may be caused by a malfunction of the circuit board or temperature sensor, or overheating of the heating tube.
The temperature sensor is responsible for detecting the water temperature and sending information to the control system. If the sensor malfunctions, the hot tub may not be able to detect the temperature correctly.
How to Fix the SH Error Code
1. Disconnect the Power
Unplug the hot tub from the power supply.
2. Wait 30 Minutes
Leave the hot tub disconnected for 30 minutes.
3. Restart the Hot Tub
Reconnect the power supply and start the hot tub again.
Check whether the SH error code has disappeared.
If the SH error code remains, the display and/or motor block may need to be replaced. Please contact RELXTIME Support for further assistance.
