If your RELXTIME hot tub is not reaching the temperature you set, the heating time can vary depending on the starting water temperature and surrounding conditions.
Before assuming there is a problem with the heater, check the following.
Check the Starting Water Temperature
The colder the water is when you start heating, the longer it will take to reach your desired temperature.
As a general guide, water starting at:

50°F can take about 23 hours to reach 104°F
-
68°F can take about 14 hours
-
86°F can take about 8 hours

Check the Outdoor Temperature
Ambient temperature can significantly affect heating performance.
When the outdoor temperature falls below 50°F (10°C), the heater works more slowly. In cold weather, heating the water can take approximately 12–24 hours depending on the starting water temperature and conditions.
Keep the Spa Covered
Keep the spa cover in place while heating. This helps reduce heat loss from the water surface and allows the spa to retain heat more effectively.

Check the Water Flow
Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks and that the water flow is not blocked.
Check that the filter cartridges and filter covers are properly installed.
A dirty or blocked filter can affect water circulation. If your filter needs cleaning or replacement, see How to Clean and Change the Filter Cartridge.
Check the Heating System
Make sure the HEATER function is turned on and that your desired temperature has been set correctly.
If the FC code appears on the display, replace the filter cartridge and press the HEATER button to restart the filtration and heating system.
