1. Must be a registered Relxtime store user + follow the Facebook social media account @relxtimeoutdoors and forward the Facebook event post, add the tag #relxtime in the Facebook event post, and successfully place and pay for the SPA order between 00:00 on November 21st and 24:00 on December 6th(PST);

2. We will randomly select 1 user from the above-mentioned ordering users who meet the rules to receive the Relxtime spa free benefit (distributed to the winning user in the form of a spa refund), randomly select 2 users to receive the thermal insulation kit (the kit includes a thermal insulation cover, an inflatable pool cover and a floor mat, the size of which can be selected), and randomly select 3 users to receive inflatable furniture (inflatable sofa or inflatable mattress, the size of which can be selected);

3. We will announce the lucky draw list one week after the end of the event on December 6th, and the store homepage and Facebook social media official account @relxtimeoutdoors will update the lucky draw list simultaneously;

4. If a return or refund is generated, the gift must be returned together. For detailed return policy, please check the "Delivery & Returns" page at the bottom of the store;
