Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • 30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is not damaged, simply contact our customer service at contact@relxtime.com to initiate the return process. For damaged products, we require photo or video evidence according to our guidelines. Without such evidence, we cannot accept returns or replaces.
    *Note: We do not cover return courier costs of unwanted and undamaged items. 
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges:We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in anyway within 30 days after receiving it.

    Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@relxtime.com. Depending on the issue, we require photo or video evidence according to our guidelines. Once we verify the situation is true, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
