Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • 30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service at contact@relxtime.com to initiate the return process. We do not cover return courier costs of unwanted items. 
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges:We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in anyway. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@relxtime.com. Depending on the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
